Dear P. S. 160 Q Families,

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself as the Parent Coordinator of P. S. 160 Q. My name is Marilia Quinonez, and I am the proud parent of two children who is very excited to join the P. S. 160Q community to support you and your child to continue strengthen our learning community. As your parent coordinator I will be there to assist you with whatever concerns, apprehensions or questions you might have. I am committed to helping you achieve all shared expectations and/or goals we plan together, and if I cannot find an answer to your questions, I will find you someone who can assist to the best of his/her abilities.

My expectations for this academic year are to ensure that we work together to build a strong partnership that supports your child’s academic success and development. My goal is to all also cover all topic of interest that support you as parents and partners. I also anticipate facilitating various workshops with you if possible your scholar as well.

I cannot express how much I encourage you to stay informed about your scholar’s education on recurring basis.
